I want you to feel as beautiful as you look. There are so many reasons to do a boudoir session, whether you want a great gift for your significant other, or you want a confidence boost, or just because. There doesn’t have to be a special occasion to get some incredible photos of yourself. Boudoir sessions with me can be anywhere from just one outfit look to an unlimited amount within the time frame we have. Your session is designed around you, and how you want to look and feel, if that’s badass, sexy, cozy, you name it I’m here for it.
I want every woman I photograph to look back on their photos, and feel empowered and confident in how they look. The first step is making sure you’re comfortable with me, keep reading to see my process in how I make that happen.
Feeling your most confident ever
Boudoir can sometimes feel intimidating especially if you’ve never done them before, and maybe you’re not sure what to expect. When you book with me you’ll never question that. I make sure we get to know each other before your session, so we don’t feel like strangers the day of your shoot. Prior to your session I send over a bootie guide that goes over everything you need to know to prep for your photos so you have no unanswered questions.
I’ll even make sure to put on your favorite playlist so we can jam throughout the entire session to help make sure you feel more comfortable.

The Process and how I do things
Once you book your boudoir session, I don’t just say “all right see you then!” No way. I like getting to know my clients beforehand, and helping them in any way that I can. I can help provide outfit options, as well as where to buy them. I can help you with additional props you may want to incorporate into your session. I’ll also make sure to give any tips and tricks leading up to your session like no white deodorant or bras that will leave lines.
I also send over a detailed questionnaire to see what you’d like to focus on during your session, what body parts you want to emphasize or maybe ones you don't. I want to know what you love about your body, and what you might feel insecure about. My goal is to show you just how beautiful you are, all while encouraging you during the session, and sending the photos to showcase your beauty after.

The whole process begins the day you inquire with me. Once we see that we’re a perfect match, and you sign a contract securing me for your boudoir session, that's when the fun really starts. From there we will get to know each other a lot more, because I know boudoir photos can sometimes feel intimidating especially if you’ve never had them done. I’m here for you, I’ll guide you through the entire process.

Shelby is the best of the best. I was surprised by how fast I got my gallery back, and by how organized she runs her business. She is seriously on top of everything and has already thought of every question you might have and that makes her stand out from other photographers for me. I love her style of photography because her editing is a great balance of some contrast and definition to make colors pop, but still nice and bright. If I could describe her style in one word, it would be "timeless". I would not only use her again but would recommend her to anyone.
