My First Styled Shoot
On St. Patrick’s Day (of which it was actually sunny outside and almost warm yay spring) I had the opportunity to shoot at my first styled shoot. For those of you who don’t know what a styled shoot is, it’s when multiple wedding vendors come together and create a beautiful fake wedding. This can include the smallest details such as stationary, rings, and invitation suites, to actual table scapes and a bride and groom. It creates an amazing opportunity for the community to work together and see the different results from each photographer (in this case there was multiple).
This styled shoot was a great way to build my portfolio and also work with an amazing couple. The venue was absolutely gorgeous located right outside of Indy and the fairy tale theme came to life. It would not have been possible without the amazing vendors below and all of their hard work. I cannot wait for more of these and the hope that I will soon plan a styled shoot of my own (because if you know me the ideas are already flowing).
